Preliminary registration for personal reception by the UVD leadership is carried out daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (Saturday, Sunday – days off) by phone. 48-27-72, 60-97-55, or by personal visit to the UVD, as well as by written (electronic) appeal.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 18.07.2011 "On Citizens' and Legal Entities' Appeals" electronic appeals to state bodies and other state organizations are submitted through the appeal registration and processing system (https://обращения.бел).
