Procedure for Addressing Citizens and Legal Entities:

For inquiries, citizens and legal entities have the right to address the inspection by submitting a written, electronic, or oral request.

Written request – a request received by the inspection at the address: 211173, Lepel, Partizanskaya St., 10.

Electronic requests are submitted through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing citizens' and legal entities' requests https://обращения.бел.

Oral – a request from an applicant, made during a personal appointment.

SCHEDULE

for personal appointments with citizens, individual entrepreneurs, and heads (representatives) of legal entities at the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection

Citizens can pre-register for appointments with the management by calling +375 212 24 74 40 on weekdays from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

Appointments are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, except for those who have pre-registered.

Citizens and representatives of legal entities must present identification documents (passport, residence permit, refugee certificate), and representatives of legal entities must additionally present a document
confirming their authority.

In accordance with paragraph two of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 19.12.2022 No. 877, the keeping of a book of remarks and suggestions has been discontinued in the committee and inspections since January 2, 2023.
