When snow accumulates on the roadway, vehicle control deteriorates and braking distance increases, raising the probability of skidding. In bad weather, reduce your speed, increase the distance and side interval, and avoid dangerous overtaking.
To avoid hindering timely street cleaning, do not park along roads and do not obstruct the movement of snow removal equipment.
The State Automobile Inspectorate has organised continuous monitoring of the street and road network for the quality of snow removal and treatment with anti-icing materials for both the roadway and sidewalks with pedestrian paths, as well as escorting convoys of road and utility service vehicles.
