Based on Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus" dated January 4, 2010, and in connection with the established favorable weather conditions in the territory of Lepel district, the Lepel District Executive Committee has decided:

  1. To lift the ban on citizens' presence in forests and peatlands in the territory of Lepel district from September 8, 2015.
  2. To consider the decision of the Lepel District Executive Committee dated August 4, 2015, No. 766 "On the ban on citizens' presence in forests and peatlands in the territory of Lepel district" as having lost its force.
