Demidov, addressing the attendees, said:
- Currently, one of the main tasks of the "Belaya Rus" party is to establish regional and oblast branches throughout the country, making the party an organized system. Priority is given to real work in the regions to unite Belarusian society and promote an agenda that addresses the interests of every individual.
The conference agenda included several important issues. Among them were the creation of a district party branch and the election of working bodies. Yuri Mily was unanimously elected Chairman of the Council.
— Thank you for the high trust placed in me. I am confident that together we will make a significant contribution to the development of the young party and support the best traditions of the Lepel region. Very soon, we will solemnly present membership cards to everyone who expresses a desire to join the ranks of the district branch of the new political party. Igor Urban, Head of the District Council of Deputies, speaking to those present,
emphasized that patriotic citizens had gathered in the hall – and this is very pleasing.
