A joint meeting of the Presidium of the Lepel District Council of Deputies and the Lepel District Executive Committee was held.

Lyubov Izmaylovich, Chairperson of the Volosovichsky Village Executive Committee, reported on the implementation of the protocol of instructions given during the Volosovichsky Village Council Day.

Lack of Lepel bread in shops and expired milk, removal of hazardous trees, installation of a container at the cemetery – these and other issues were raised by the residents of the village council. Many of them have already been resolved, while some are still under control.

Responsible executors reported on the results of meetings and encounters with the population in the territory of the Domzheritsky Village Council according to the schedule.

Complaints about the operation of the mobile shop of the Lepel branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Union regarding product quality and limited assortment,
removal of old fencing at the cemetery, request to clear roads in winter, replacement of streetlights, removal of hazardous trees, adaptation of the bus route to accommodate the medical worker's visits to the outpatient clinic, cleaning of a well, request to organize a speech therapy group at the educational institution, power outages, many dry trees at the cemetery and uncollected garbage, pruning of trees along roads – these are the issues and problems raised by the residents of the village council before the authorities.

Vadim Pshenko, inspector of the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on the results of the working group's survey on order and improvement in the settlements of the Domzheritsky Village Council.

Anna Demeshchenko, chief specialist of the Land Management Department of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on compliance with land legislation in the territory of the Domzheritsky Village Council. Tatyana Romanovich, Chairperson of the Domzheritsky Village Executive Committee, reported on the work of the Domzheritsky Village Executive Committee on maintaining order on the land and improving the settlements.

Natalia Ivanova, Director of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of Lepel District", spoke about the social services provided in the Domzheritsy village council.

Pavel Zhernosek, Senior Inspector of the Supervision and Prevention Sector of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations, reported on fire safety measures in the Domzheritsy village council.

Alexander Mazgo, District Inspector of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on the state of law and order in the Domzheritsy village council.

Natalia Klyashtornaya, Head of the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee, reported on the progress of housing construction and commissioning.
