The interregional festival of creativity for people with disabilities "Zorka Nadei" (Star of Hope) was held.

The "Zorka Nadei" (Star of Hope) festival is traditionally held in the Lepel region on the eve of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

Due to the unfavourable epidemiological situation, this year the festival took place online from November 10 to November 15. In addition to cities in the Vitebsk region, participants included: Samara, Krichev, Cherven, Berezovka, Lida, Luninets, Novogrudok, Narovlya, Mikashevichi, Mogilev.

Traditionally, the festival encompasses all types of creativity that participants can showcase. This year, a new nomination was introduced: "Radio Play".

All festival participants received diplomas of various degrees for their creative work.

The Grand Prix of the festival was unanimously awarded by the jury to the inclusive creativity studio from Samara.
