The implementation of state policy in the Lepel district on issues of labor, payment, working conditions and safety, social partnership, employment promotion, alternative service, state pension provision, social services and social support for the population, guardianship and trusteeship of adult individuals recognized by the court as incapacitated or with limited legal capacity, improvement of socio-economic living conditions for families, use of family capital, social guarantees for the population, demographic security, and ensuring equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women, is carried out by the Department of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Lepel District Executive Committee and the state institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Lepel District".
