Several government resolutions are recognised as having lost force, including Resolution No. 753 of June 10, 2011 "On Certain Issues of Regulating the Export of Motor Fuel from the Territory of the Republic of Belarus" and Resolution No. 1554 of November 18, 2011, which amends the first document.
The State Border Committee and the State Customs Committee are instructed to ensure that their normative legal acts are brought into line with this resolution.
The document comes into force on September 1, 2016.
As previously reported, Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 1554 of November 18, 2011, was adopted to strengthen measures to restrict the export of motor fuel from the country and stabilise the situation at border crossing points of the Belarusian state border. According to the document, it was possible to leave the Customs Union territory on the same vehicle from Belarus once every 8 days. If it was necessary to travel abroad more frequently, it was required to pay a duty on fuel.
