In August, the average wage of employees was Br1463.2, and in July - Br1471.7.
In terms of regions, the capital traditionally leads: the average wage of Minsk residents in September was Br2009.9 (the growth rate of real wages compared to September of the previous year was 101.5%). In the Minsk region, it was Br1435.8 (105.0%), in the Gomel region - Br1299.2 (104.2%), in the Grodno region - Br1246.9 (102.6%), in the Brest region - Br1247.4 (103.9%), in the Vitebsk region - Br1217.1 (104.1%), in the Mogilev region - Br1180.6 (103.3%).
The highest earnings were received by employees in sectors such as information technology and information service activities (Br5582.4), passenger air transport activities (Br3273.8) and freight air transport activities (Br2556.1), auxiliary financial and insurance activities (Br3745.3), mining and quarrying (Br2686.7), manufacture of chemical products (Br2263.5), manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (Br2371.7), scientific research and development in technical sciences (Br2231.3), engineering design and provision of technical consulting in this field (Br2212.1), telecommunications activities (Br2130.6).
The lowest accruals were for employees of hairdressing and beauty salons (Br686.5), creative activities and entertainment (Br791.3), libraries, archives, museums and other cultural institutions (Br823.2), and those engaged in care in specialized institutions and provision of social services (Br788.2).
