Deadlines for submitting tax declarations (calculations) and paying value-added tax

The Tax and Duties Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus for Lepel District reminds value added tax (VAT) payers regarding turnovers from the sale of services for international road haulage of goods through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to (from) another state, rendered from April 16, 2022, to December 31, 2024 (inclusive) for that part of the specified route which begins and ends within the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and who have unreasonably applied a VAT rate of zero (0) percent during the specified period, of the necessity to:

• submit tax declarations (calculations) for taxes and duties with amendments and/or additions to the tax authorities no later than October 1, 2025;

• pay taxes, duties, and other payments no later than October 20, 2025.
