The start has been given! The first meeting with young specialists for 2026 was held at the Lepel District Executive Committee. The district leadership is taking the newcomers under their wing – and this is not just a formality.

As of today, 29 young specialists have arrived in the district. However, 11 of them have already been called up for military service, but enterprises are awaiting their return after service. The rest are working in the district's agricultural enterprises, at the RMZ and MKК. Almost all of them are our locals who completed their internships here. The Chairman of the District Council, Igor Urban, immediately set the priorities: "We are not doing this work for the sake of a report. This is a living process. We must see how you enter your profession and where problematic issues arise." The authorities are monitoring the salaries and housing, adaptation in the team, and leisure activities of young specialists. Almost all graduates are natives of the district. Therefore, the task of the managers and local authorities is to create conditions for them to stay.
