From August 1, Vitebsk rescuers are launching the preventive campaign "With Care for the Safety of the Motherland", aimed at preventing fires due to careless handling of fire and the deaths of elderly people in them. It will be held in all corners of our region: cities, rural settlements, and garden associations.
Elderly people are always someone's parents, grandparents, whose lives we are obliged to protect and improve. Only through joint efforts can we ensure that older people not only live longer, but also that their lives are more diverse, fulfilling, and enjoyable.
The safety of the elderly is a special focus for the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) employees. However, the "With Care for the Safety of the Motherland" campaign not only addresses safety issues but also provides an opportunity for people of "golden" age to feel attention, support, and involvement, as well as to spend time with peers, communicate, and share experiences with the younger generation.
Therefore, rescuers have prepared a wide variety of activities for the campaign participants. During the campaign, thematic "Safety Fairs" will be organized. "True gardeners," owners of household plots, can participate in a review competition for the best design of a household plot or agro-tourism estate on the theme "MES Landscape Design."
Among creative groups, a competition "Safety Chastushkas" will be organized. Also, during the campaign, together with young rescuers, a competition "SuperSTAR + YunSpas" will be held, and events called "Safety Mobile Shop." Together with car clubs, "Cultural Safety Routes" will be organized.
Thematic pages with preventive materials and quizzes will appear in print publications, and radio stations will be updated with thematic quizzes and campaigns. Safety will be
