With the aim of promoting the activities of the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers-Firefighters, the profession of a rescuer-firefighter, the civic and patriotic education of youth, the promotion of a safe and healthy lifestyle, and the unification of young people for a useful cause, as well as the prevention of fires and deaths from them, an information and propaganda campaign "Youth for Safety!" will be held in Lepel District from October 6 to 17.
A large number of events will be held as part of the campaign. The republican campaign begins with the marathon "112 Good Deeds" or "101 Good Deeds": activists of the youth organization of rescuers-firefighters, together with employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, will visit the households of lonely elderly people, disabled people, and veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and will provide them with feasible assistance in chopping firewood, cleaning residential premises and adjacent territories, installing autonomous fire alarms, etc.
Then, the focus will be on educational institutions, where, using various formats, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will talk about the activities of the youth organization of rescuers-firefighters and, most notably, will present membership cards of the BYPA RF.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will do their utmost to ensure that the young people who attend the campaign events decide for themselves that the Belarusian Youth Public Association of Rescuers-Firefighters is one big family, uniting thousands of like-minded people who are all concerned about one common cause. If the areas of interest, aspirations, and goals are unified, then their opportunities are limitless, and therefore, the organization will be replenished with new activists.
