The refinancing rate in Belarus has been lowered to 11.5% per annum from September 13, BELTA reports.
Rates on standing facilities and bilateral liquidity-providing operations of banks have decreased from 14% to 13% per annum.
This is the seventh time the refinancing rate has been lowered in Belarus since the beginning of the year. Specifically, from January 18 it decreased from 18% to 17% per annum, from February 15 to 16% per annum, from March 15 to 15% per annum, from April 19 to 14% per annum, from June 14 to 13% per annum, and from July 19 to 12% per annum.
