The Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora informs:
According to the Rules for Fishery Management and Fishing, the following is prohibited:
Parking of motor vehicles within the boundaries of water body coastal strips up to 30 metres from the water body's shoreline, with the exception of motor vehicles of fishing control bodies, the Republic of Belarus security system, navigation safety, republican unitary enterprises of inland waterways, lessees (users) of fishing grounds and other legal entities, provided they have documents confirming the legality of their presence in fishing grounds for the performance of their assigned tasks and functions, as well as specially designated parking areas established in the prescribed manner.
Washing of transport and other technical means within the water protection zones of water bodies.
For this violation, liability is provided for in accordance with Part 3 of Article 15.35 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus. Violation of these requirements entails a fine of up to 20 base units.
