On January 13, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 10, extending for 3 years the simplified procedure for commissioning individual residential houses and non-residential buildings constructed by citizens without permits and design documentation (except for those located in Minsk). BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Applications for the commissioning of such buildings can be submitted by citizens until January 1, 2028.
Local executive and administrative bodies are granted the right to commission the aforementioned facilities, and they will not be recognized as unauthorized constructions.
The decree will allow the legalization of unauthorized constructions erected by citizens on land plots obtained by them before September 1, 2022.
Corresponding amendments have been made to Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 253 of July 25, 2022 "On the Simplified Procedure for Commissioning Construction Objects".
