Currently, 8 young men from the agricultural technical college are working at the base of DKUSP "Lepel PMK-75". This is understandable, as for most of the young men, the work semester is not only a chance to earn money but also a great opportunity to see the profession from the inside, make friends, and gain interesting experiences. Moreover, the construction student team consists of future builders. It is very important for future specialists, as the masters say, to "feel" everything with their own hands. After all, very soon some of them will come to this enterprise and demonstrate high results in their professional activities.

On the first day of work, the youth contingent was warmly welcomed by the director of PMK-75, Anatoly Lameko, who wished the young men purposefulness and success in their work. After a meeting with the management and safety training, the young men immersed themselves in the construction life and felt the working rhythm.

The teenagers are working on the facility "Sports and Recreation Centre with a swimming pool in Lepel", where they are carrying out drainage installation, concrete floor installation in the basement, and preparing mortar and concrete mixtures at the RBU. In addition, the young men were tidying up the PMK-75's own base. They also provided significant assistance to the enterprise's employees, who are currently in a "busy" period, in tidying up the assigned territory – they swept Partyzanskaya Street and painted curbs.

During the subbotnik, the young men and women learned from their own experience that it is better to walk to the bin and throw away a piece of paper or a bottle. By doing so, they make our city better and help the people who do this daily.

The builders praise their new colleagues, noting that they are all diligent and disciplined, and understand the tasks assigned to them.

When asked about their mood, all the student team members unanimously replied that it was good, combative, especially with such wonderful weather outside. They also enjoy working

shoulder to shoulder with experienced specialists in the construction sector. On the faces of young Lepel residents, I saw only smiles and a desire to work to earn their first money. It was felt that a friendly atmosphere reigned on the construction site.

-- The history of the student team movement in Belarus dates back to 1963. During this period, youth teams have gained popularity and continue to contribute to the country's economy and social sphere. Today, the organization of secondary employment for students is one of the areas of activity of the primary organization of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union," -- said Victoria Pshonko, First Secretary of the Regional Committee of the PRYM. -- I also want to thank the heads of enterprises who take inexperienced young people from student teams "to work," but who are already looking to the future. After all, it is precisely with such practice that young specialists will later come to the workforces of Lepel region already understanding the specifics of the work.
