A working seminar for employees of the scientific departments of the reserve and Narochansky National Park on the topic "Modern Technologies in the Activities of Specially Protected Natural Territories: Geoinformation Systems – Results and Work Experience" was held at the State Nature Protection Institution "Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve". The implementation of Union State measures on the development of an experimental geoinformation system for satellite monitoring of wetlands for their protection and restoration under conditions of intensive anthropogenic impact, and other pressing issues of nature conservation activities were discussed. Seminar participants familiarised themselves with scientific equipment, software, the qualification level of specialists, and visited environmental education and tourism facilities at the central estate of the reserve.
