March 4, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA/. A consolidated list of unused property of various owners within the Vitebsk region has been created for the first time in the region and made publicly available, BELTA was informed by the Vitebsk Regional Territorial Fund of State Property "Vitebskoblimushchestvo".
The consolidated list of unused and inefficiently used property located in the Vitebsk region and subject to economic circulation in 2013 includes over 400 objects of both state and private ownership. Among the unused properties are the office of a former collective farm, pigsty buildings, stables and a cowshed, several former schools and paramedic-obstetric stations, a 19th-century estate, and even a hay shed. The consolidated list, in addition to describing the object itself, contains information about its balance holder and the method of its involvement in circulation: sale, lease, or gratuitous use.
Previously, each administrative-territorial unit compiled its own list. The creation of a unified database will allow for the improvement of the state property management system and broader dissemination of information about unused objects to business circles. The consolidated list is publicly available on the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" website. Here, one can also find a list of 289 objects of unused and inefficiently used property owned by the Vitebsk region and its administrative-territorial units, subject to economic circulation.
