10 November, Minsk /Elena Prus - BELTA/. The first category tariff rate in Belarus will not be increased further this year. This was stated by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection, Marianna Shchetkina, during an online reception of citizens, as reported by BELTA correspondent.
"The issue of another increase in the first category tariff rate this year is not being considered," the minister noted.
She added that the issue of increasing the first category tariff rate in 2012 is being worked on.
According to estimates, the nominal accrued average monthly wage of employees in the public sector in December 2011 will be at the level of the projected indicator, stressed Marianna Shchetkina.
By the government resolution No. 1310, as of October 1, the first category tariff rate was increased from Br118 thousand to Br151 thousand - by 28%. By the same resolution, as of November 1 of this year, monthly differentiated allowances ranging from Br240 thousand to Br16 thousand have been introduced for the remuneration of employees in the public sector, for tariff categories from 1st to 27th. -0-
