From June 15, Minsk /BelTA/. In Belarus, from June 15, tariffs for thermal energy supplied by the electric power enterprises of the State Production Association "Belenergo" to categories of organizations with thermal energy tariffs at the level of tariffs for the population have been increased. This decision is contained in the resolution of the Ministry of Economy No. 45, the text of which is published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA reports. The tariff for thermal energy for organizations engaged in the operation of the housing stock, organizations of citizen builders, homeowners' associations, organizations owning (managing, operating) residential buildings and supplying thermal energy for the needs of the population has been increased by 11.8% to Br60,140 per 1 Gcal. This also applies to religious organizations, healthcare organizations (their structural and/or separate divisions), providing inpatient medical care, prosthetic and orthopedic rehabilitation centers and their structural and/or separate divisions. In some cases, a different tariff for thermal energy applies to organizations engaged in the operation of the housing stock, organizations of citizen builders, homeowners' associations, organizations owning (managing, operating) residential buildings and supplying thermal energy for the needs of the population. According to the resolution, this tariff has been increased by 21.8% to Br145,326 per 1 Gcal. It applies when a citizen owns and/or uses one or more residential premises and there is no tenant, owner, member of a citizen builder organization and/or their family members registered as residing in them (in one of them). This tariff also applies when a legal entity owns, gratuitously uses, manages or operates a residential premises and there is no lease agreement for this residential premises. In addition, it applies when a residential premises is used as the location of a private unitary enterprise.-0-
