Parents and educators, psychologists and law enforcement officers, medical professionals strive to inform teenagers about the harm of drug use and the responsibility for distribution. This serious problem of modern society requires special attention and constant reminders.
Representatives of various services continue to hold preventive meetings in educational institutions of the city and district. The aim is to prevent drug addiction and the involvement of minors in drug trafficking.
Today, as part of the week of prevention of juvenile offenses in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking, a meeting was held with students of the Lepel College.
The speakers included IDN inspector Elena Astakhova, Deputy Chairperson of the Commission for Juvenile Affairs Tatyana Chesnokova, psychiatrist-narcologist of the Lepel Central District Hospital Natalya Skovorodko, and also the rector of the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord Adam Koleda.
