While on a weekday the confectionery shop of the bakery produces about 200-300 kilograms of sweet products, during the holidays the output is already measured in tons. For the past New Year, 3200 kilograms of cakes alone were baked. This year, various organizations have ordered about 1.3 tons for their employees, and all cake production is planned to exceed the figure of 3.5 tons.
