The main participants of the celebration were 14-year-old boys and girls, representatives of city schools. A total of 10 people. The main document was presented to the young people by the head of Lepel District, Mikhail Kiselevich. Svetlana Shevelyova, Head of the Ideological Work and Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee, Ekaterina Baranovskaia and Maria Frolova, first and second secretaries of the district committee of the BRSM public association, were also present at the award ceremony.

- For 31 years now, as an independent sovereign country, we have been celebrating Constitution Day. Much has been done over these years to make Belarus a state where everyone has the opportunity to realize their potential. You all have a great future ahead of you, and today you are taking confident steps towards it. Receiving a passport is entering an independent life. But being a citizen is not only about having rights, it is also a very responsible duty. First and foremost, it is about doing everything in your power for the prosperity of our Motherland, - the Chairman of the District Executive Committee addressed the young people.

After the passport awarding ceremony, the young people became participants in an open dialogue and were able to ask Mikhail Kiselevich their questions.

What did you dream of becoming in childhood, do you remember receiving your passport, what approaches do you take in raising children, what are your dreams? These and other questions were addressed to Mikhail Leonidovich by the schoolchildren.

The meeting was solemn, heartfelt, and, of course, memorable. As the Chairman of the District Executive Committee noted, each time such meetings with young people leave more warm feelings in his heart, because our young people are full of awareness, purposefulness, and enthusiasm. And only positive dynamics can be observed here.
