Traditionally, on the eve of Culture Worker's Day, which will be celebrated in the country on October 12, the best representatives of the creative forces of the northern region were honored in Vitebsk.

The staff of the District House of Culture has been awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Chairperson of the Regional Executive Committee. The Lepel residents were honored for their significant contribution to the preparation and holding of the exhibition of achievements of sovereign Belarus "My Belarus".

Furthermore, our fellow countrymen have been awarded a diploma for 2nd place in the competition-presentation of thematic branded sites of cities and districts of the region within the framework of the International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk".
