According to the Hunting Rules:

85. For hunting, training, and conducting competitions and/or trials, hunters are permitted to use hunting dogs according to Appendix 8 and/or birds of prey according to Appendix 9, registered by the Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen (BOOR) in accordance with legislation on administrative procedures, in cases established by these Rules. Other animals (decoy animals and others) may be used for hunting without restrictions.

86. In training zones (for breaking in, conditioning, testing, and other training) of hunting dogs, birds of prey, and other animals used for hunting (hereinafter – training zone), hunters without hunting weapons are permitted, during daylight hours, to train hunting dogs, birds of prey, and other animals used for hunting, and to conduct trials and competitions without the right to take wild animals living in their natural habitat.

87. In the event that during training in accordance with paragraph 86 of these Rules, a dog or bird of prey takes (kills or inflicts injuries incompatible with survival in the wild) a wild animal, the hunter who conducted the training of the hunting dog or bird of prey, without moving or butchering the said animal, must inform an official of the hunting grounds user. An act shall be drawn up regarding the accidental taking of wild animals specified in the first part of this paragraph by the hunting grounds user with the participation of representatives of the state forestry institution subordinate to the Ministry of Forestry and/or the territorial body of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and/or the territorial body of the State Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora under the President of the Republic of Belarus. The taken animal shall be the property of the hunting grounds user.

88. Trials of hunting dogs, birds of prey, and other animals used for hunting, competitions involving them, and their preparation for these events may be conducted in hunting grounds outside training zones (except for rest zones) upon agreement with the hunting grounds user and with notification of the State

Inspection for the Protection of Fauna and Flora under the President of the Republic of Belarus. 89. Rules for the registration of hunting dogs and hunting birds are developed by the Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen and approved by the Ministry of Forestry.
