The third stage of the republican campaign "Don't Burn Your Life!" was held at the Educational Institution "Lepel State Vocational Lyceum". The event was opened by the Head of the District Department for Emergency Situations, Valentin Eduardovich Lovets, who familiarized the students and teachers with the goals and objectives of the campaign, provided examples of people dying in fires due to careless handling of fire while smoking while intoxicated in our district, noted that the deceased were young, able-bodied people, and urged everyone to lead a healthy and safe lifestyle. Valentin Eduardovich also drew attention to the inadmissibility of being on thin, unhardened ice. A film "Non-Childish Games" was shown. Then, the inspector of the propaganda and public relations group, Alexander Mikhailovich Sadovsky, told the students about the mobile application "Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus. Help is Nearby", conducted a quiz "What to do if...", and competitions "Putting on Firefighting Gear" and "The Most Agile". Active participants in the competitions received sweets and visual aids. The teachers and students of the lyceum thanked the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees for the event and promised to be attentive and careful when handling fire and to observe safety rules.
