These male professions were chosen by young specialists Nazar Davydenko, Dmitry Kuzmenok, Artyom Vasilyuchek, and Roman Markovsky.
Three of the young men are graduates of the Lepel Agrarian-Technical College, while Nazar is a recent graduate of the Vitebsk Technological University.
The young specialists have a confident start to their careers, as support and mentorship have become integral companions in their daily work.
— The young men have only been working with us for just over a month, but it is already clear that they are diligent and capable. We have known some of them for a long time, as they completed their industrial training at our plant. Now, these young people are working as our colleagues. Everything related to welding is their domain. The young men are involved in the production of metal structures, as well as tractor components. Despite their limited experience so far, the quality of their work is high, — noted Vladimir Fedortsov, foreman of the welding and assembly section at RMZ.
Roman Markovsky is one of those who has fully immersed himself in adult life. The young man has a standard working day, from 8 AM to 5 PM, and receives special attention from the HR department. It's only natural, given he is a young specialist!
— We have created all the necessary conditions for our new young colleagues to ensure their adaptation to the daily work routine is as comfortable as possible. Issues concerning housing, settlement allowances, and mentorship have been addressed as a priority. We are interested in ensuring that the young specialists not only join us but also stay with the company. By the way, the young employees are involved not only in the work process but also in socio-political and trade union activities. The young men also participated in the City Day celebrations, joining the labour procession, — commented Victoria Dubrovskaya, Head of the HR, Social Development, and Ideological Work Department at RMZ.
Incidentally, this year Lepel District has welcomed 145 young specialists, compared to 113 last year.
In August, three welders and one power engineer joined the team of the Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant.
