At the House of Crafts, participants of the "Raduga" (Rainbow) decorative and applied arts club of the day care unit for disabled persons of the Territorial Centre for Social Services presented flowers created using various techniques. They named their exhibition "Flower Fantasy".
Seventeen works were displayed on the tables. The authors had already managed to give many of them to relatives. Beadwork, embroidery – the young people are adept at these meticulous forms of needlework. Incidentally, it all started with simple origami figures. Now, the club leader, Olga Rudko, teaches her students to make amulets and angels from straw and helps them master wool felting.
The works of the club members participate in various disabled persons' creativity contests.
