During the exhibition opening, the girls shared memories and talked about how their interest in art began. Despite each having her own creative path and preferences, their paintings were equally interesting to those gathered. Anya's parents quickly noticed their daughter's talent; after all, she had drawn on almost all their books.
The young artist's room is entirely decorated by her own hands. Crafts and paintings are everywhere; instead of the carpet that once hung there, colourful butterflies adorn the wall. This year, Anya is graduating from the children's art school, but she does not intend to stop her studies, planning to continue them on a fee-paying basis. Among her works, "Businessman" attracts attention. Firstly, the idea is interesting – it depicts a cat, and secondly, the technique. The word "sgraffito" comes from the French language and means "to scratch," "to scrape." The girl scratched her businessman cat with special tools. This painting took time. First, the drawing was created, then it was waxed and painted black; the rest is as you know.
Alina's drawing abilities turned out to be hereditary. Her mother, Tatyana Alexandrovna, shared this information. Her daughter constantly gifts her works with flowers, which brings her immense joy. The most beloved is "Lilies." From a distance, it appears to be a perfectly ordinary painting. In reality, it is a thread collage. Collage, translated from French, means "gluing." Thread by thread, with a meticulous hand, it is laid on the canvas, creating images. This synthesis of art and needlework is closest to Alina. Of the twenty-five paintings at the exhibition, twelve belong to her. However, this is a minor difference, considering that the girl is a year younger than her colleague.
