During the summer period, participants of the search club "Slabadskiye Sledopyty" continue to establish the names of natives of the Lepel region who died during the Great Patriotic War.

In the agro-town of Krasnaluki, Chashnitsky District, investigators have identified a native of Lepel District buried in a mass grave. Sadoski Voisip Petrovich was born in the village of Velevshchina and was among the first to join the ranks of the "Chekist" partisan brigade in November 1942. According to archival data, our countryman died in battle with the German invaders in January 1943 near Krasnaluki, where he was subsequently buried.
