Only a 40-apartment building on Yalugin Lane and one individual house were built. In total, 2364 square meters of housing were commissioned on a turnkey basis.
Industrial Facilities
Last year, PMK-75 builders were fully engaged in more than 15 industrial facilities. Among them, the most important were the construction of the Tsalina farm in Gorki, where 11778 million rubles were invested, the major repair of military unit storage facilities in Zaslonovo for 1599 million rubles, and the repair of a farm in Kurmelyovka (1249 million). In total, in 2012, the enterprise invested 25680 million rubles.
Plans for the Year
For 2013, PMK-75 employees are not only making plans but have already started working intensively. The first important facility is rightfully considered to be a 100-apartment residential building on Chuykov Street with an area of 5953 m2, requiring an investment of over 37 billion rubles. This year, Lepel builders are to invest half a billion rubles in the reconstruction of the former children's creativity center building into a local history museum. More than 39 billion rubles are allocated for the construction of a farm in Polsvizh.
