Agricultural organizations are making the most of every sunny minute, not wasting time to harvest the crops without losses and on schedule.

The progress of the harvesting campaign at OJSC "Chereyshchina" was studied by Viktor Azaryonok, Deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, and Natalia Monchik, Chairperson of the Lepel District Trade Union Organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Agro-Industrial Complex Workers.

As noted by the head of the enterprise, Sergey Pligovka:

— We started harvesting a little over a week ago. More than 40 percent of winter rapeseed and barley have already been harvested. The weather is making its adjustments, we see this, but we cannot relax. 4 combine harvesters are working on the harvest. 2 of our own grain harvesting crews and 2 attracted ones. Employees from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and KUPP "Borovka" have come to help. Everyone is focused on the result, as they understand the responsibility that lies on each person – to harvest the grain without losses.

— The district committee has been conducting monitoring during the harvesting campaign since the combine harvesters were being prepared. Daily, by visiting organizations, the trade union monitors the temperature and water regimes, hot meals, ensuring safe labor during the harvest, and the provision of workers with first-aid kits, workwear, and personal protective equipment. We must reach everyone, see and hear, and promptly resolve emerging issues if necessary, — noted Natalia Erikasovna.

— There must be strict discipline, — Viktor Vladimirovich summed up and addressed the head of the enterprise. — The process must be managed directly in the fields, not from offices. This is precisely what the Head of State has focused everyone on today. We must all understand this.
