Certification authorities for open keys in Belarus and Russia will interact, Chairman of the Standing Commission on Industry, Fuel and Energy Complex, Transport, Communications and Entrepreneurship of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, Sergey Semashko, assured the heads of enterprises - members of the Vitebsk Regional Union of Employers and the Presidium of the Regional Council of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs today, BELTA correspondent reports. The role of the certification authority in Belarus has been assigned to the Operational-Analytical Center under the President, Sergey Semashko reported. According to him, branches of the certification authority will be opened in all regions, which will allow the unified state system for managing open keys for verifying electronic digital signatures to fully function. Similar systems operating within individual departments and structures will be integrated into a unified sphere of application. "The system will start working in the near future," the parliamentarian is confident. At the same time, he explained that when developing the law "On Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature," parliamentarians provided for the involvement of commercial structures for the rapid implementation of digital signatures, but there were no volunteers to take on this task, so now all funding will be carried out at the expense of budget funds. Speaking about the possibility of using an electronic signature certified in Belarus in the Russian Federation, the chairman of the commission reported that the issue of interaction between the certification authorities of the two states is being worked out. -0-
