President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 6 aimed at improving the construction conditions for the experimental multifunctional complex "Severny Bereg". This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The document establishes specific features for the design and construction of the complex's facilities regarding technical standards, clarifies the procedure and timelines for transferring constructed facilities (including parks, public gardens, and other landscaping elements) into state ownership, and outlines the investor's participation in financing and constructing infrastructure facilities.
It also defines the scope of equipping social facilities (such as kindergartens and schools, which will be supplied with equipment, furniture, and technology on a "turnkey" basis) built by the customer upon their transfer to state ownership.
These amendments will expedite the implementation of this large-scale project, enhance the comfort of the housing being built within its framework, and incorporate advanced practices in real estate development.
