About 100 members of the Belarusian Association of the Visually Impaired (BelTIZ), including Valentina Kisel from Lepel, presented about 20 decorative and applied art items and 40 stage performances of various genres to the jury. Most of them were dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
The winners and prize-winners of the "Sing, Soul" review competition will perform on concert stages in their regions as part of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.
