Success in life and profession cannot be achieved alone – this is the belief of Anatoly Zalatuha, Director of the communal unitary enterprise "Salute-Agro". Recently, wonderful news became known – Anatoly Leonidovich became a laureate of the honorary title "Person of the Year of the Vitebsk Region". — Such recognition is, of course, pleasant. The work is noticed and highly appreciated, although, to be honest, we do not work for this. First of all, for the comfort of people, — modestly admits the hero of the material. Anatoly Zalatuha is a busy man. To hurry, to work, to help, to act, and to create – this is his life credo. At one time, the man worked as a turner, a physical culture and sports instructor, held leadership positions in public utilities, and was elected a deputy. Wherever he worked, his priority has always been people, their comfort, problem-solving, and care for those who are especially in need. — I was the chairman of the Staysky rural executive committee for 10 years, I know every corner of this region. And I grew up here, in Stai. A place dear to my heart. I never thought of leaving or moving to the city. My whole life is here! — says the interviewee.

Now, as the director of the CUE, Anatoly Leonidovich continues to demonstrate his noblest qualities: responsiveness, diligence, and the ability to come to the aid and rescue.

— The service area of the CUE is the Staysky rural council, which includes no less, no more than 40 villages and about 2,000 residents. By the way, this is the largest rural council in the Lepel district. Many people are still accustomed to working the land, growing their own vegetables and grain, so there will always be work for "Salute-Agro". The plots vary in size. On average, about 15-16 ares. But there are larger ones – about 2 hectares. Grain harvesting, milk collection, territory mowing, garbage removal from rural cemeteries, snow clearing from streets – there are enough services provided, — added the enterprise director Anatoly Zalatuha.

Anatoly Leonidovich is an example of a person who grew up in the countryside, who is not afraid of work and knows what sincere help is. The man is happy, and it is visible in his eyes and broad smile. Our countryman, together with his wife, raised three children and helps to raise his granddaughters. Happiness is when everyone is at home. That's him, our Person of the Year of the Vitebsk Region!
