The programme outlines over 120 events. These include bringing potentially fertile unused agricultural land into agricultural circulation through its reclamation, and the construction or reconstruction of land reclamation systems. The programme also envisages addressing the issue of improving urban planning procedures in rural settlements, arranging public recreation areas on water bodies, tidying up burial sites, and clearing solid household waste from forest areas. Various thematic campaigns, contests, forums, and scientific and practical seminars and conferences are planned.
Among the events are also measures to assist the unemployed in organising self-employment in rural areas, including individual entrepreneurship, crafts, agro-ecotourism, and farming. This involves providing advisory assistance, training in the basics of entrepreneurial activity, offering financial support in the form of subsidies, and establishing centres for crafts and entrepreneurship support.
Responsible executors of the programme's events are instructed to submit information on the results of the implementation of relevant measures to the Ministry of Economy annually by March 1 of the year following the reporting period. The Ministry of Economy will submit consolidated information to the Council of Ministers annually by April 1 of the year following the reporting period.
