On December 27, Minsk / BELTA correspondent. The forecast indicators for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2011 have been approved. The decision was made by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 22, 2010 No. 1874, BELTA was informed by the Staff of the Council of Ministers.
The document also approves the forecast indicators for the socio-economic development of the administrative-territorial units of the Republic of Belarus for 2011.
The forecast indicators for the socio-economic development of Belarus for 2011, approved by the resolution, are established for republican government bodies and other state organizations subordinate to the government, regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee for subordinate (included in) organizations and other business entities.
Thus, the growth rate of gross regional product production in 2011 compared to 2010 should be 109.5-110.5% for the city of Minsk. The same forecast is set for the Brest region - 109.5-110%. For all other regions of Belarus - Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk, Mogilev regions - it is 109-110%.
Investment in fixed assets for the Ministry of Industry is set at 120-121%, for the Ministry of Architecture and Construction - 116-117%, for the Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Agriculture and Food - 117-118%. In the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Forestry, this indicator in 2011 should be 116-117%, in the Ministry of Energy - 105-106%.
In the concerns "Belneftekhim", "Belgospischeprom", "Belbiofarm", "Bellesbumprom", investment in fixed assets in 2011 will increase by 17-18%, in the concern "Belleghprom" - by 15-16%.
Forecasts have been established for the regions and the city of Minsk for attracting net foreign direct investment (excluding debt to the direct investor for goods (works, services)). For Minsk, this will amount to $1.846 billion, for the Minsk region - $1.022 billion.
Sales profitability in the Ministry of Industry is set at 9-10%, in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food - 8-9%, in the Ministry of Architecture and Construction - 7.5-8.5%, in the State Military Industrial Committee - 7-8%. Among the concerns, the highest level of sales profitability should be in "Belneftekhim" - 12.5-13.5%.
Forecasts for labor productivity growth in the industry of Belarus have also been adopted: in the Ministry of Industry - 109.5-110.5%, in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food - 108-109%, in the Ministry of Architecture and Construction - 112-113%.
The resolution is adopted in accordance with Decree No. 596 of November 19, 2010 "On Approval of the Most Important Parameters of the Socio-Economic Development Forecast of the Republic of Belarus for 2011". The decree is aimed at a gradual transition in Belarus from quantitative indicators to qualitative ones.-0-
