Dear drivers carrying out transit road freight transport through the territory of the Republic of Belarus, including from the territory of the Russian Federation to the member states of the European Union and Ukraine!

Between two crossing points of the State Border of the Republic of Belarus at locations established by law, you are obliged to travel only along republican roads where stopping (parking) for drivers' rest and meals, and refueling of vehicles is possible, according to a specific list. This information is provided by employees of the Transport Inspectorate and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus upon crossing the border.

Drivers carrying out transit transportation are obliged to leave the territory of the Republic of Belarus via the shortest route no later than the day following the day of entry into its territory. Exceptions include cases where it is impossible to comply with the specified deadline due to an accident (breakdown) of the vehicle, as well as unloading, reloading (transshipment) of cargo, replacement of the vehicle, if this is provided for by the terms of the road transport agreement and is indicated in the transport documents.

The State Automobile Inspectorate asks drivers of transit vehicles to treat the measures taken with understanding and recommends planning their travel route in advance.
