In accordance with the sanitary norms and rules "Hygiene requirements for the maintenance of territories of populated areas and organizations", approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 1, 2011 No. 110, the following is PROHIBITED on the territory of populated areas:
In accordance with the sanitary norms and rules "Hygiene requirements for the maintenance of territories of populated areas and organizations", approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of November 1, 2011 No. 110, the following is PROHIBITED on the territory of populated areas:
· Placing solid waste in unauthorised locations (including plant waste along roads);
· Discharging (dumping) liquid waste onto the ground, into storm sewers, or water bodies;
· Stockpiling and storing firewood, peat, coal, sand, construction materials, and construction debris for more than 72 hours on territories adjacent to land plots, including the roadway of streets.
Please carry out timely cleaning and grass mowing, do not stockpile firewood, peat, coal, sand, construction materials, and construction debris for more than 72 hours, and do not allow violations on adjacent territories (up to the middle of the roadway along the entire length of your land plot). Take measures to bring the facades of buildings, gates, fences, and front gardens into proper condition, and carry out their timely painting. The design of floral compositions and small architectural forms will enhance your adjacent plots.
Compliance with these requirements will lead to an improvement in the appearance of household plots, streets, populated areas, and the district as a whole.
Upon detection of violations, guilty parties will be subject to administrative measures.
In order to carry out measures to improve sanitary conditions and landscaping, relevant territories have been assigned to all organizations and enterprises of the district.
We call on you to provide all possible assistance to these organizations and to do everything possible to make our settlements, villages, agro-towns, and the town of Lepel the best in the region.
