Congratulations on the main state holiday – Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus!
Today, July 3, we celebrate this momentous day, which is forever inscribed in the heroic chronicle of our country. Exactly 82 years ago, in 1944, our Belarus was liberated from the Nazi invaders. And for Independence Day, there is no other date and cannot be.
This day symbolises the unbreakable bond of generations, the continuity of our traditions, and the inviolability of sovereignty. Our independence was won on the battlefields of the Great Patriotic War. And today, it is our duty to preserve the memory of the feat of the unconquered people, because the memory of the feat is a matter of national dignity, without which talk of independence remains mere words.
As long as we are proud of our history, our people, our country – we are independent! As long as we have our native land and historical memory, we are a people, we are Belarusians!
Dear friends! Looking at our district, we see how it improves and develops year after year. New houses and social facilities are being built, courtyards and streets are being improved, and new jobs are being created.
On these festive days, we honour everyone who, through their labour and military feat, brought Victory closer and raised our native land from the ruins. We bow to you!
Special words of gratitude go to our servicemen, who even today, in difficult conditions, reliably guard the peaceful sky above us. We are proud of you!
To the young residents of the district, we want to say: you are our future. It is you who will continue the glorious traditions of fathers and grandfathers, protect and multiply the wealth of our Motherland. Remember: loving your Motherland, preserving national unity, being strong and never giving up – this is our Belarusian character.
On this festive day, we wish each of you peace, goodness, well-being, and happiness! May your homes always be filled with comfort and harmony, and your hearts with pride for our country – sovereign, independent, peaceful Belarus! Happy holiday! Happy Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus!
