NOTICE on holding public discussions of the urban development project "General Plan with a Detailed Planning Map of the Eastern Part of the Agrotown of Stai, Lepel District"

NOTICE

regarding the public discussion of the urban planning project "General Plan with a Detailed Planning Plan for the Eastern Part of the Agro-town Stai, Lepel District".

The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the District Executive Committee), in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 1, 2011 No. 687, hereby notifies about the public discussion of the urban planning project "General Plan with a Detailed Planning Plan for the Eastern Part of the Agro-town Stai, Lepel District" (hereinafter referred to as the object of public discussion), developed by UP "BELNIIGRADOSTROITELSTVO".

As part of the General Plan, a detailed planning plan for the eastern part of the agro-town Stai (hereinafter referred to as the Detailed Plan) has been developed.

The boundaries of the Detailed Plan are:

to the north - the boundary of the town of Lepel;

to the south - the residential development of the agro-town Stai (Lepelskaya Street);

to the west - the residential development of the agro-town Stai (Sovetskaya Street);

to the east - the boundary of the town of Lepel.

The area within the boundaries of the Detailed Plan is 43.90 hectares.

The public discussion will commence on 17.05.2023 and conclude on 31.05.2023 (inclusive).

The exhibition of the object of public discussion and its presentation will be carried out by placing materials in the building of the Stai Rural Executive Committee at the address: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Stai Rural Council, agro-town Stai, Lepelskaya Street, building 12.

The exhibition period is from 17.05.2023 to 31.05.2023 (inclusive), daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 to 17:00.

The presentation of the object of public discussion will take place on 22.05.2023 at 10:00 in the building of the Stai Rural Executive Committee at the address: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Stai Rural Council, agro-town Stai, Lepelskaya Street, building 12.

Comments and/or proposals from participants of the public discussion are to be submitted in written or electronic form.

by means of registration in the visitor logbook of the exhibition of the object of public discussion, which will be kept by the chairperson of the Staysky rural executive committee.

Comments and/or proposals from participants of the public discussion will be accepted during the period of the public discussion from 17.05.2023 to 31.05.2023 (inclusive).

Comments and/or proposals from participants of the public discussion will be registered by the commission for public discussion, established by the order of the chairperson of the district executive committee (order dated 05.10.2022 No. 279r) and sent for consideration to the architectural and town-planning council of the Vitebsk regional executive committee and its members.

The minutes of the public discussion results, comments and/or proposals from its participants, will be posted on the official website of the district executive committee lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the section "Public Discussions", on the information stands of the district executive committee and the Staysky rural executive committee, and in the mass media.
