Notification of public discussion in the form of informing and analyzing public opinion on the urban planning project of detailed planning "Detailed Plan "Zapadny" in Lepel"

The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 687, hereby notifies about the public discussion in the form of informing and analysing public opinion on the urban planning project "Detailed Plan 'Zapadny' in Lepel" (hereinafter referred to as the urban planning project) developed by UP "BELNIIGRADOSTROITELSTVO".

The implementation of the urban planning project is planned within the boundaries of the city of Lepel on a land plot of 24 hectares.

The territory under consideration is bounded by:

to the north – Proektiruyemaya Street No. 4 (continuation of the entrance from the direction of the settlement Matyushino);

to the east – Polotsky Trakt Street and existing development;

to the south – Lugovaya Street, boundaries of existing development along Proektiruyemaya Street No. 3;

to the west – power line corridor, Proektiruyemaya Street.

The project aims to:

- implement the housing policy programme;

- comprehensively develop this territory in conjunction with the planning and functional organisation of the city;

- create a safe, accessible, favourable and diverse living environment for present and future generations.

The public discussion will commence on February 7, 2020, and conclude on March 2, 2020, inclusive.

The exhibition and other materials of the urban planning project can be viewed from February 7, 2020, to February 21, 2020, daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:00 to 17:00 in office No. 107 on the 1st floor of the Lepel District Executive Committee building at the address: Lepel, Leninskaya Street, 6.

Comments and/or proposals for the public discussion will be accepted during the period of the public discussion from February 7, 2020, to March 2, 2020, inclusive. Written comments and/or proposals can be submitted from 8:00 to 17:00 in the public discussion logbook located in office No. 107 of the Lepel District Executive Committee; by postal mail
