The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) hereby informs about the results of the public discussion of the project: "Detailed Plan of the Multi-Apartment Residential Development Area of the "North-Eastern" Microdistrict", developed by UP "MINSKGRADO" (hereinafter referred to as the project).
The Lepel District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Lepel District Executive Committee) hereby informs about the results of the public discussion of the project: "Detailed Plan of the Multi-Apartment Residential Development Area of the "North-Eastern" Microdistrict", developed by UP "MINSKGRADO" (hereinafter referred to as the project).
The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2016 No. 687 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation No. 687), in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analysing public opinion.
The notice of the public discussion was published in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" in issue No. 90 (11 855) dated 10 November 2020.
From November 6, 2020, a notification with illustrative material was posted on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee on the Internet - lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the special section "Public Discussions".
Announcements of the public discussion of the project were posted on the 1st floor in the lobby of the main entrance of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
The notification on conducting the public discussion of the project: "General Plan of the City of Lepel" contained the necessary information in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No. 687.
The public discussion took place from November 23, 2020, to December 17, 2020, inclusive. During this period, the journal for conducting the public discussion was located in office No. 107 of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
The exhibition of materials submitted for public discussion was organized from November 23, 2020, to December 7, 2020, inclusive. The exhibition included:
graphical materials - a diagram of the placement of the designed territories, functional zoning of territories;
textual materials - explanatory note "General Provisions" with the main technical and economic indicators for the project.
During the public discussion of the project, no appeals from citizens were received by the Lepel District Executive Committee by means of entries in the log of remarks and proposals of public discussion participants.
