Do not violate the rules of stopping and parking of vehicles – do not obstruct the cleaning and treatment of the street and road network.
 
In conditions of snowfall, the State Automobile Inspectorate recommends choosing a safe speed, being especially careful on bridges, overpasses, as well as on curves, descents and ascents of roads.

Do not make sudden maneuvers or brake.

Pedestrians should also be especially careful on the road and identify themselves with reflective elements.
