Alcohol abusers, those evading the upbringing of minor children, and instigators of scandals are most frequently brought for consideration. At this meeting, the commission reviewed the cases of citizens, the majority of whom were brought there by alcohol.

Their detrimental and harmful habits, which negatively impact their lives and future, as well as the well-being and safety of their relatives, loved ones, and neighbours, are concerning.

Unfortunately, many of those present not only abuse alcohol but also do not work. Moreover, they have no intention of seeking employment. When asked why they are not looking for work, they respond: "I earn money on odd jobs," "I don't work because I am registered with a narcologist. I came from the LTP in the spring, and I need to be under supervision for a year."
