On April 25, Belarus will test the public warning system via television and FM radio stations, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus informed BELTA.

The testing, using the scrolling text "Technical check of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus warning system is being conducted," will take place from 10:00 to 12:00 on the TV channels of the Belarusian Television and Radio Company (Belarus 1, Belarus 3, NTV-Belarus), ONT, Stolichnoye Televideniye, RTR-Belarus channels, and in the main menu of "ZALA" interactive television IPTV.

Later (from 14:15 to 14:30), a test will be conducted using the interception of FM radio broadcasting stations with the text "Technical check of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus warning system is being conducted."

The Ministry of Emergency Situations asks for understanding regarding the necessity of such checks.
