The operation of the camps is planned mainly in four shifts. "Since significant financial resources are allocated for their preparation for the summer season, it is advisable to make maximum use of stationary camps for children's recreation and health improvement during the summer holidays," the interlocutor emphasized. This summer, about 160 stationary children's camps will be operational.
Strengthening the material and technical base of health camps is of particular importance and relevance on the eve of the summer campaign. Consolidated funds from camp owners, local budgets, state social insurance, and trade unions are directed to the preparation of camps for the health improvement season. Thus, in 2014, Br94 billion was allocated from various sources for the preparation of stationary camps (in 2013 - Br132.6 billion, in 2012 - Br79.9 billion). Moreover, about 60% of the total funding comes from the camp owners' funds.
In general, the allocations for the 2015 summer health campaign will amount to 297 billion (the lion's share of these funds is provided for subsidies for vouchers).
